    I recently came across https://www.linkjob.ai/
, and it’s one of the more controversial AI tools I’ve seen in the job space.

At its core, AI interview tool is an AI interview assistant designed to help you during interviews in real time. It can listen to questions, analyze them, and generate suggested answers almost instantly. In some cases, it can even assist with coding interviews by analyzing what’s on your screen and providing solutions.

What makes it stand out is its “invisible” design. The tool claims to run in the background during interviews without being detected, even on platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
This alone makes it very different from traditional interview prep tools, which usually focus only on practice.

From a practical perspective, I can see why people find it useful.

    It reduces pressure during interviews
It helps when you get stuck
It can improve response structure on the fly

Some users even describe it as having a “real-time coach” during interviews, especially for technical roles.

But at the same time, there are a few things worth thinking about.

First, the platform is still relatively new, and some third-party trust checks rate it as medium to low trust, mainly due to its short domain history and limited transparency.

Second, there’s an ethical side. Using AI assistance during a live interview—especially if it’s undetectable—raises questions about fairness and authenticity. It’s something each user probably needs to decide for themselves.

    My overall take:

👍 Very powerful for interview support
👍 Especially useful for technical and coding interviews
👀 Still a new platform, so use with awareness
    ⚠️ Raises some ethical considerations

If you’re preparing for interviews, this is definitely an interesting tool to explore—but it’s also one of those tools that makes you think about where AI should (or shouldn’t) be used.
