How are you using AI website builders for logistics operations pages?

I run a small freight brokerage out of Kansas City, mostly LTL and some cross-border truckload into Mexico, and we've been handling all our customer-facing pages through a freelancer who's become hard to reach. I'm looking at no-code and AI website builder options so we can update service pages, quote request forms, and a tracking portal landing page ourselves without waiting on someone else.
My main worry is whether these tools can handle things like embedding an API-fed tracking lookup or connecting a form that routes quote requests straight into our TMS, since most of the site is static but those two pieces aren't. I also don't want to lock our contact and rate-request forms into a platform that won't let us export the data later.
Has anyone here built out logistics-oriented pages with this kind of tool? Curious how form integrations with a TMS or CRM actually held up once you went live.
