I'm in Phoenix working with a small 3PL outfit, and we're trying to get a basic dispatch and inventory visibility tool off the ground without hiring a full dev team. The idea is to feed our workflow logic into an AI app builder and see how far it gets us before we need real engineering help. What I'm unsure about is whether tools built this way can handle the messy parts of logistics data — partial shipments, rework on failed deliveries, conditional routing rules, that kind of thing. I've seen some chatter online suggesting these builders are fine for simple CRUD apps but struggle once the business logic gets tangled, though I haven't been able to confirm that for a supply chain use case specifically. Has anyone here actually shipped something operational with one of these AI builders? I'd like to know where it broke down and whether you ended up rewriting large chunks later.
