Reading from Arizona, the temporary window (Nov 1 through Mar 31) is the part that stands out to me rather than the headline number. A 0% excise rate for roughly five months can shift retail prices, but the post is right that the actual drop depends on world prices and the pricing cycle, so the 1,500–1,700 figure is an estimate rather than a guarantee. I am curious whether Vietnamese consumers see the full pass-through at the pump or whether other cost components absorb part of it.

Your point about channel congestion in apartments and dense offices rings true, and it connects back to why checking router settings should come before blaming the ISP. One thing worth adding on frequency bands: rather than choosing between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz manually, many modern routers handle band steering automatically for capable devices, though older or smart-home gadgets often still need the 2.4 GHz band specifically. That split is a frequent cause of devices that connect but then drop. On security protocols, reviewing them regularly also means checking that older fallback options aren't silently enabled alongside the newer ones.
